AEPSi™ is available as an annual subscription, and the subscription fee is based on the total number of child records in the system for a given year. A one-time set-up fee covers everything subscribers need to get started using the system.
The subscription is billed annually at the following rate:
- 1–100 children @ $19.95 per child record per year
- 101–250 children @ $18.95 per child record per year
- 251–500 children @ $16.95 per child record per year
- 500+ children: call Brookes for a subscription model to meet your needs
If subscribers are part of a larger entity (such as programs or schools in the same district, or districts in the same state), they may combine their numbers of child records to achieve cost savings.
The OSEP Report and all standard AEPS® reports are provided at no extra charge. There are no required ongoing costs to using AEPS and AEPSi other than the annual subscription fee for AEPSi.
Support
All the technical training and support your program needs to successfully use AEPSi is covered by the subscription and one-time set-up fees. Included with every AEPSi subscription is
- An introductory web-based seminar for your AEPSi system administrator
- 24/7 technical support by phone and e-mail for all users
- Self-guided on-line tutorials for AEPSi system administrators and providers (coming soon!)
- On-line user's manual and extensive, regularly updated FAQ
- Webcasts featuring expert authors on timely subjects (e.g., OSEP reporting, developing meaningful IEP/IFSP goals, determining eligibility) (coming soon!)
If your program is using AEPS for the first time, we recommend that in addition to the AEPSi subscription, you purchase the books and on-site training. The AEPS print volumes include essential information on how to use the AEPS Test and Curriculum for assessment and intervention and serve as an important resource for providers in their first years using AEPS. A thorough reading of the books together with on-site instruction by experienced AEPS experts will enable your staff to use the system proficiently and successfully for improving child outcomes. Archiving
Archiving data for children who have exited your program is optional and available for $1.00 per child record per year, with the first 10% of the total number of your child records free.
Reports and Exports
Getting your child data out of AEPSi is easy and free. OSEP and all standard AEPS reports are free with subscription. In addition, your program's child data can be exported whenever you need it at no extra charge.

AEPSi subscribers can now link up with EasyIEP, the popular online management system for developing effective individualized education programs. The goals and objectives you identify with AEPSi can be transferred into your EasyIEP account—quickly and without additional data entry.
Developed in response to user demand, this convenient, time-saving new feature exports key child data (including name, ID, AEPS goals and objectives flagged for IEPs, and user comments) into a text file compatible with the EasyIEP system. The EasyIEP export will help your program
- save time and reduce data entry errors—no rekeying necessary!
- ensure well-written IEP goals and objectives supported by specific criteria
- link assessment with intervention by easing the IEP process
Adding AEPSi Export to EasyIEP to your AEPSi subscription is affordable. The tier-based annual fee is based on your number of child records at the start of the subscription year or renewal:
