AEPS Annual Seminar
This year's AEPS annual training seminar will be held in the context of Brookes Publishing's 2009 Early Childhood Tools Institute, which will take place April 22–24, 2009 just outside Denver, CO. Two AEPS seminars will be offered:

AEPS Introduction

Led by AEPS expert Jennifer Grisham-Brown, Ed.D., this 2-day seminar covers all the basics of AEPS so you can use it to improve child outcomes. You'll come away knowing how to administer and interpret AEPS, target quality goals and objectives from AEPS results, involve families int he assessment process, and more!

AEPSi Introduction

In this interactive 2½-hour seminar, an AEPSi Implementation Specialist gives you a complete introduction to the web-based data management system AEPSinteractive. You'll learn about AEPSi's time-saving features, such as automated scoring, group assessments, and OSEP child outcomes reporting.

Training to match your needs
We will work with you to arrive at the right mix of training for your program. Your staff's level of experience, the age range of children served, program size, budget, and schedule are all taken into consideration. To discuss your program's needs or to schedule training please e-mail us.
How much training do you need?
For first-time AEPS users, we recommend 2 days of customized on-site training on how to use the system for assessment and intervention. Additional half-day sessions are recommended for programs interested in using AEPS for OSEP reporting or eligibility determination. All of our on-site seminars are customizable: we can dedicate all or a portion of the sessions to "training the trainers," and we can adapt the topics to the needs of the program.
